Task
The reduction of bacterial contamination in the clean room, cold storage room and brood chamber.
Procedure
VIROBUSTER analysed the premises and documented the procedure to be followed in a report, which became the basis for evaluating the microbiological air tests to be carried out. The analysis of the existing structure of the air was carried out according to EN 13779 (2007); the air sampling and evaluation was carried out according to NEN/ISO 14644.
Results
The number of colony-forming units (CFUs) in the areas concerned was reduced by 91%.
